Update 07/14/13:
I drew the name for the little quiltie give away this evening, and the winner is PK Sews. Thank you all for your interest and comments.
My blog anniversary is coming up fast, and I'd like to share a small piece of artwork with you. Just leave a comment on this post, and I will draw a winner on Sunday, July 14. Just be sure that I have a way to contact you by email so that I can let you know that I drew your name, and get your snail mail address from you.
This piece is titled "Downtown Dresses", and is approximately 4" x 6". The 1920s photo is printed on fabric, and the quiltie is made up of bits of various fabrics and laces and includes one button.

Happy Happy Anniversary and I would be honored to win your piece of work for my studio. I am in the middle of a big move so I am surrounding myself with artist spirits. Happy 4TH and be safe. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
Happy Anniversary! I love your art! The photo invites so much contemplation about who these people were and the occasion for the photo. And the beautiful patchwork complements the overall feel. I love the mystery. Thanks for generously providing the opportunity to win, and for your inspiring blog!
Happy anniversary. Love everything about this piece.
Lillian
Happy Anniversary! This piece makes me feel like I should have dressed up to go to town today. Instead I'm in a lovely tea shop in jeans and running shoes!
It's lovely! Happy blogaversary!!
